Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST

What you will be doing as an Intake Specialist:
- Manage the Jan Dils Huntington Office & communicate any issues that may arise
- Take client walk-ins & assist with any questions/paperwork
- We’re always striving to reach our goals! That’s why we have goals set for this position, such as calls per day, consultations, and talk time.
- Become an expert on our Case Management Software and office equipment that you will be using daily
- Use attention to detail to log, process, and review paperwork clients bring to the office
- You’ll be a problem solver by identifying the different types of lead sources and channels.
- Quality is extremely important to our firm. That’s why we have the standards of maintaining at least 90% on quality scores.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Intake Specialist starting pay rate is $15.18 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 31 to 56 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
