Job Description

The primary responsibilities of a Leads Specialist are to discuss eligibility requirements and collect initial information from potential new clients gained through the internet, as well as traditional methods. A Leads Specialist contacts potential new clients through the telephone or email, educates clients regarding the disability claim process, and schedules appointments. The job incumbent must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate compassion and professionalism, be accountable, detail oriented, and able to instill client loyalty and trust in a high volume environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Entering all leads and contacting potential new clients (PNC) in a timely manner.
  • Entering information into case management database.
  • Setting application appointments with SSA/VA for prospective clients who have not yet applied.
  • Tracking client packets using data tracking tools.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling client intake appointments.
  • Filing disputes with third party lead providers regarding discrepancies or inappropriate leads.
  • Communicating with supervisors when a case evaluation review is necessary.
  • Reporting productivity numbers daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.26 – $17.14 per hour
