As a Remote Veterans Disability Attorney, you will:
- Prepare thoroughly for client hearings by analyzing records, medical evidence, and applicable VA laws and regulations
- Conduct meaningful pre-hearing meetings to educate and empower clients on the process
- Develop strong legal strategies and persuasive arguments for hearings and briefs
- Represent veterans in VA disability claims with professionalism and dedication
- Write compelling legal briefs that clearly and effectively advocate for clients
- Collaborate closely with our VA team to address questions and client concerns
- Attend hearings (virtually) and serve as a steady, confident advocate
