My favorite part of the job is our purpose; being able to make a difference to someone who may be in need. I enjoy getting to know our clients and their stories and earning their trust along the way. I’ve learned so much valuable information about the different SSA programs and can not only use that to help guide our clients, but I’ve also been able to answer questions and provide guidance to friends and family members. We are a fast-faced environment but maintain a culture that cares about our clients and employees alike. Management encourages us to be a part of the solution to any challenges that arise and afford us the opportunity to be heard. There can be a lot of changes but I understand that changes are necessary to keep up with the ever-changing laws of government agencies and the need for continuous improvement.
