Location: 1108 3rd Ave #301 Huntington, WV 25701

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST

Starting Pay: $15.18 per hour

What you will be doing as a Medical Clerk: 

• Manage the Jan Dils Huntington Office & communicate any issues that may arise
• Take client walk-ins & assist with any questions/paperwork
• Become an expert on our Case Management Software, Adobe, and Microsoft Office that you will be using daily.
• You’ll provide excellent customer service by performing daily client appointment confirmation calls.
• Become a report guru by pulling provider and hearing reports.
• Make sure we have updated information by making 40 provider calls and/or portal checks daily.
• We are goal-oriented here! Medical Clerks must keep task list within 1 week.
• To meet all of our goals, the Medical Clerks has productivity requirements in place.
• Quality is extremely important to our firm. That’s why we have the standards of maintaining at least a 90% on quality scores.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Medical Clerk starting pay rate is $15.18 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY 6 MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 31 to 56 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
