Biography: Hi! My name is Veronica Worley, and I am in my second year studying Finance at The Ohio State University with a minor in Statistics. While pursuing my degree, I am involved in the OSU Penpals club where I correspond with inner-city school kids in grades 3rd-6th. It is an extremely rewarding experience to play a part in enriching young minds. In the future, I aspire to go to law school and become an agent of change for the voiceless. Law offers coexistence by encouraging constructive dialogue while respecting everyone’s opinion. In a society where compromise is often a lost art, the balance of civility and justice that law offers is one to be admired. I hope to be part of that conversation and make a genuine difference in the world!
Reaction Statement: I am so honored to have been chosen for this year’s Path to Success Scholarship! The message of this scholarship is a constant reminder of all the wonderful people who have helped me to become the person I am, and I am deeply grateful for each person who has contributed to my growth with unwavering support. I strive to pay it forward in the future to those around me!

Besides my classes, I am heavily involved in Circle K International, a service organization. I am also working with New Mexico Health Action as a Health Policy Intern along with my job as a medical scribe at a local urgent care clinic.
