Lisa Stanley started her career with Jan Dils in 2011 as a Medical Clerk, then worked as a Hearing Clerk before being promoted to Social Security Case Development Team Leader. Currently, she serves as SS Case Development Team Leader. Her favorite parts of her job are working with a great team as well as knowing the huge impact we have on our clients’ lives. She truly loves our dedication to our clients, our teams, and our community.

Lisa was born and raised in Rockport, West Virginia. She graduated from Parkersburg South High School. Before joining the Jan Dils team, she was a Department Store Supervisor where she gained experience training team members, setting and meeting goals, and working with the public. Outside of work, you’ll most likely see Lisa hanging out with family and friends or spending quiet time at home with her husband and 5 furbabies.
