Jordan Miller is a Leads Production Leader at Jan Dils, Attorneys at Law, joining the firm in February 2026. In this role, he supports the firm’s intake and marketing operations by overseeing lead production processes and helping ensure potential clients receive timely and effective assistance. With eight years of experience as a Call Center Supervisor and Operations professional, Jordan brings strong leadership, organizational, and customer service expertise to the team. He is especially motivated by the opportunity to help people who need support the most.

Jordan is based in Nashville, Tennessee. He graduated from Altoona Area High School and later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Management from Western Governors University. His background in operations and team leadership provides valuable insight into creating efficient systems and delivering high-quality service for those seeking legal assistance.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys reading, music, theater, and movies. He is also a pet owner to Ranger, a six-year-old Pitbull Terrier, and Kevin, his nine-year-old “demon kitty.” His interests reflect a balance of creativity and curiosity, which complement his professional dedication to helping others and supporting the firm’s mission.
