Our Positive Vibes

Heather started with the firm in 2011. She began as a Social Security Leads Specialist, then Social Security Outlying Office Leads and Intakes Specialist, then Veteran Affairs Leads Specialist, then Leads & Intake Team Leader, and now Leads & Intake Manager.

As Leads and Intake Team Leader, her team makes the client onboarding process seamless and ensures our clients feel confident hiring our firm. At our firm, she enjoys being surrounded by like-minded goal-driven team members who treat each other like family.

Heather is from Parkersburg, West Virginia and attending Parkersburg South High School. Throughout Heather’s life, she has had a great role model in her father. Her father has taught her how to be a great leader by working hard and caring for their team and customers. Outside of work, Heather likes to go to concerts and festivals, serve in her church, and spend time with family.
