Our Voice of Reason

Eric Hillyard-Poling was born and raised in West Virginia. He has many degrees and certifications, including a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a Master of Healthcare Administration, and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management. Eric started his career with the firm in 2011 as a Social Security Case Manager. From there, he went from Staff Accountant to Accounting & HR Manager to Accounting, IT, and Project Manager and now Chief Information Officer.

As Chief Information Officer, Eric is over the IT Department, Salesforce Team, Accounting Department, Marketing Department, Personal Injury Team, and all firm-wide projects. As CIO, he gets to work in and with all areas of the firm, both administrative departments and line-of-business specific department leads and team members. He appreciates that the firm puts our clients first in everything we do and that we strive to be better for our clients through continuous improvement every day. When he’s not devoting his time to the firm, he is spending time with his daughter, playing the piano, traveling, and boating.
