What do I wear to my hearing?

Although most hearings these days are conducted either by telephone or Microsoft Teams, the hearing is casual, and there are no strict rules about dress code. You can wear anything from what you would wear to go to Walmart to what you would wear to go to church or business casual wear. The only thing we would ask is that you don’t wear something that would be disrespectful to the court like clothes with holes in them or screen print that would be offensive.
