Does JD handle property damage claims?

Our team will assist its injured clients with property damage. However, we do not handle property damage only claims. If you were in a wreck and you did not get hurt but your car was damaged, we cannot assist.

Property damage claims are valued based on the value of your vehicle on the date the damage occurred, taking the year, make, model, mileage, condition, and vehicle features into account.
