It’s our pleasure to announce that Mrs. Paula Sewell, fourth grade teacher at St. Mary’s Catholic Elementary School, has been awarded the March Jan Dils Golden Apple.
Students and colleagues weren’t surprised to hear the 30-year teaching veteran’s name announced. She is known for going above and beyond, and serving her students and her school in and out of the classroom in many ways.
The friend and coworker who nominated her cited her contagious love for teaching and the fact that all of her hard work comes with a smile.
