Case Management Updates for VA Clients

One of our core values is continuous improvement, and we are always evaluating our processes for ways we can make life a little easier for our clients. In the spirit of continuous improvement and in response to feedback from the people we serve, we have expanded our VA Case Management teams, effective December 1, 2022.

What does this mean for veterans we currently represent?

You can still call the case manager you have been working with! We’ve added resources, so now there are up to three case managers who will be familiar with your case.

More people assigned to your case management team means more people to answer questions, return your phone calls, and ultimately help get you the benefits you deserve.

Your case manager is still assigned according to the first letter of your last name:

  • If your last name begins with the letters A-E, call 304-449-5487 or email va*************@ja*****.com
  • If your last name begins with the letters F-J, call 304-449-5423 or email va*************@ja*****.com
  • If your last name begins with the letters K-Q, call 304-449-5429 or email va*************@ja*****.com
  • If your last name begins with the letters R-Z, call 304 449-5550 or email va*************@ja*****.com
