Paul earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School after completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Northeastern University. He is admitted to practice in New York State, the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims. His legal career spans multiple practice areas, including criminal and civil litigation, trusts and estates, and immigration law—experience that enhances his analytical and advocacy skills in Veterans law.

Paul is particularly known for his strengths in legal writing and research, which he applies to develop strong, evidence-based claims on behalf of his clients. He finds the greatest fulfillment in knowing his work directly improves the lives of Veterans and their families. His commitment is personal—his brother is a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and that connection deepens his understanding of the challenges many Veterans face.
