The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Data Analyst are to promote our legal services & assess the quality of service delivered. The Marketing Data Analyst works closely with the established marketing vendors & Chief Technology Officer to develop and implement digital marketing campaigns & establish marketing processes. They will act as primary contact point for all vendors, providing data, assets, & direction. The Marketing Data Analyst uses web-based methods to strengthen our position in the marketplace & educate the public about our legal services. Client retention efforts are made in the form of conducting client surveys & managing client retention campaigns. This position is also responsible for building and maintaining positive community relationships. The position also includes event planning and management, including all event marketing campaigns. This job position requires knowledge of market development strategies, & data analytic skills. The successful job incumbent will possess excellent written & verbal communication skills and demonstrate the ability to manage market development projects from beginning to end.

As our remote Marketing Data Analyst, you will:

• Write market development content for Social Security Disability, Veteran’s Disability, and Personal Injury topics to be published to social media sites & company owned blogs and website
• Manage third-party vendors, such as website, PPC, & LSA
• Create & maintain email campaigns & reporting effectiveness
• Generate & analyze marketing reports & analytics
• Assist with creating & implementing social media campaign strategies designed to increase website and social media traffic
• Maintain a positive online reputation for the firm by seeking feedback from current clients & managing reviews on rating websites such as Yelp, Avvo, Google Reviews, Yellow Pages, & Facebook
• Track & strategize for the firm’s Google reviews score & develop plans to improve the scores when needed
• Analyze market data such as website traffic, bounce rates & blog post volume
• Update internal Intranet communications & websites
• Assist with organizing firm events for the purpose of strengthening company culture
• Online network with community organizations to build positive relationships for partnership opportunities
• Participate in community outreach projects & events to support our market development efforts & strengthen community partnerships (Freedom Fun Run, Golden Apple Award, etc.)
• Any & all other duties needed to serve our clients & mission
