We are seeking a high-caliber Social Security Disability Attorney who is not only skilled in the law, but deeply committed to client service, preparation, and courtroom excellence. This is not a volume-only role. This is a strategy, preparation, and advocacy role for attorneys who take pride in doing things the right way.
Remote Social Security Disability Attorney Responsibilities include:
- Be a confident advocate for clients by representing them at disability hearings (in person, phone, and video).
- Prepare clients for success by conducting detailed pre-hearing meetings that help them feel informed and confident.
- Build strong case strategies by reviewing medical records, vocational information, and case history.
- Turn complex evidence into clear arguments by drafting persuasive pre-hearing briefs and written statements.
- Strengthen cases before hearings by identifying missing evidence and partnering with the team to fill gaps.
- Navigate complex benefit issues by evaluating cases that involve multiple benefit programs.
- Empower clients through communication by explaining legal concepts in clear, easy-to-understand language.
- Stay organized and proactive by maintaining strong case preparation systems and tracking key deadlines.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and advocacy while delivering exceptional client service.
- Any and all other duties needed to serve our clients & mission.

**You must have strong knowledge of the Social Security Disability process and a genuine desire to represent disabled individuals with excellence.
