Brittany Reaves

Brittany Reaves is an accomplished attorney specializing in Veterans Disability law. She holds a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law, where she actively participated in the Veterans Law Clinic and served as President of the Military and Law Student Society. She also earned her Master’s degree from North Carolina Central University and a Bachelor’s degree from Fayetteville State University.

Brittany’s professional experience includes serving as a Decision Writing Clerk with the Board of Veterans’ Appeals and working with Legal Aid of North Carolina, where she focused on housing, domestic violence, employment, and disability cases. Additionally, she was a participant in the 2022 National Veterans Law Moot Court Competition, showcasing her advocacy skills in Veterans’ law.

Raised in Fayetteville, North Carolina, Brittany has a personal connection to the military community, as her father is a retired Army Veteran who successfully navigated VA litigation to secure his benefits. Her upbringing has given her unique insight into the struggles Veterans face, which fuels her passion for client advocacy.
