How will my attorney be paid?

SSA will automatically withhold attorney fees from your back pay and send them directly to the firm. In rare cases, they may accidentally overlook this step and release the money to you. If this happens, you will be notified and will be responsible for paying the firm. If you receive your back-paycheck and are not sure if the attorney fees were withheld, please feel free to call us.
