Starting Pay: $13.28/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am – 4:30pm EST

We’re dedicated to continuous growth to improve our client service. Our firm is seeking an energetic, dependable individual to join our Case Management team.

The primary responsibility of the Client Packet Specialist is to ensure that all New Client Packets are returned timely and are completed with full accuracy. The Client Packet Specialist is also responsible for identifying and notifying the Team Leader of errors and potential training opportunities for the team. The job incumbent must possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate compassion and professionalism, be accountable, detail oriented, and able to instill client loyalty and trust in a high-volume environment.

Client Packet Specialist Responsibilities Include:

• Become an expert on our Case Management Software that you will be using daily
• Send out and check in all New Client Packets
• Call Potential New Clients to ensure they have received their New Client Packet
• Provide guidance in filling out the packet if needed
• Notify the Team Leader of any errors in work, so they can be corrected and the Team Leader can provide training to other team members
• Check Packet Report to ensure all packets are tasked appropriately
• Notify Team Leader of Trends with errors or common mistakes to identify team training needs/opportunities
• Other duties as assigned by Team Leader/Manager

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Client Packet Specialist starting pay rate is $13.28 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 21 to 37 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
