A remote Case Manager is responsible for assisting new and existing Social Security or Veteran clients with their legal disability claim over the telephone. The position requires a compassionate individual to help clients understand the requirements and status of their legal case. A Case Manager must be able to build client loyalty and trust by providing high quality technical services in a high-volume environment. This client-centered position requires effective communication skills and a high level of accountability.

Now you might be wondering about the pay? The Remote Case Manager’s pay range is $16.39 to $22.69 per hour. For this position, you receive a performance appraisal EVERY SIX MONTHS! That’s right! You will always know how you’re doing with your performance. And do you know what else? If you score well on your performance review, you will get a 44 to 79 cent increase every 6 months until you reach the cap of the pay range.
